How do credits work?
1 credit equals $1. Buy a credit pack, then spend credits on live lessons, video critiques or judged runs with any trainer or judge on RideLab. Credits you buy do not expire while your account is active.
What is the difference between a live lesson and a critique?
A live lesson is a real-time video call with a trainer, scheduled in advance. A critique is recorded: you upload a ride video, and the trainer sends back drawn marks, a spoken walkthrough or a video reply of their own, and a written summary. They have 48 hours to accept and three days to send it.
Can I cancel or reschedule a live lesson?
Yes, from your account. Cancelling far enough ahead of the scheduled time refunds the full credits. Cancelling close to the lesson may refund only part. The exact cutoffs are shown before you book.
How are trainers and judges vetted?
Every trainer and judge on RideLab submits an application, and a person reviews it before they can take bookings. Judges list every association card they hold, and we check them before they take a run.
What happens after my critique arrives?
For 30 days your trainer can add follow-up takes on the same ride at no charge. You can also ask about a moment in the video and add a tip. If the trainer does not answer within 7 days, the tip comes back.
What is a monthly plan?
Some trainers and judges sell a monthly plan, paid by card, that covers a set number of critiques, judged runs or lessons each month. Anything the plan covers costs 0 credits. Stop or restart it from the app whenever you like.
What does the Sponsored badge mean?
A trainer paid for extra visibility in search and browse results for a limited time. It never affects their star rating or review order, and it is always labeled.
How do I get a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking. See our Terms of Service, or contact support@ridelab.ai with your order details.
What is a judged run?
You send a show run or a practice run of your pattern to a carded judge. They score it on a real scoresheet for the class, whether that is maneuver by maneuver, movement by movement, or one overall score, and record a voice review over your video. You get the total, every line on the sheet, and the review. Pricing and refund cutoffs work the same as a critique.
How long do you keep my ride videos?
A ride nobody has reviewed is deleted 30 days after you upload it. We warn you 7 days and 1 day before, in the app, by push and by email, and the ride shows how many days it has left. Send it for a critique, judged run or lesson and it is kept while your account is open. To keep every ride, add Keep all my rides for $2.99 a month in your Wallet and cancel whenever you like.
How do I delete my account or my data?
In the app, go to Settings and tap Delete account. Without the app, sign in at https://ridelab.ai/delete-account, or email privacy@ridelab.ai from the address on your account and we finish within 30 days. That page lists exactly what is removed and what we have to keep.
